Luths Services provided a comprehensive suite of services for the Craig Road project in collaboration with Assist Design. Our work included Stage 3 outline design, detailed design, and an options appraisal for the heating and ventilation system.

The design incorporated a Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) for efficient heating and cooling and a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system to optimise energy efficiency and air quality. These sustainable solutions were chosen to meet performance and environmental standards while supporting long-term energy savings.
