At Drydykes, we provided a full-service package for Fiddes Architects. Our work began with an Options Appraisal report, which evaluated the house’s energy requirements and the potential impact of solar PV. Following this, we completed ‘as-designed’ SAP calculations and an Overheat study to support the Building Warrant application.

The project then moved into the detailed mechanical design phase, where we developed plans for the underfloor heating, hot water system, air source heat pump, and MVHR ventilation system, including all pipe and duct runs.

Upon project completion, we carried out the ‘as-built’ SAP calculations and lodged the EPC. Ensuring Drydykes compliance and delivering a comprehensive service from start to finish.
