Luths Services Awarded Place on Historic Environment Scotland MEP Engineering Framework
We’re excited to share that Luths Services has been awarded a place on the Historic Environment Scotland (HES) – Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) Engineering Consultant Services Framework. This marks another step in our journey of delivering practical, sustainable, and data-driven solutions for historic and listed buildings across Scotland.
With our experience in heritage and listed projects, including previous work on sensitive retrofits and conservation-led upgrades, we look forward to supporting MEP investment, maintenance, and reactive works across HES’s Properties in Care and wider estate. Our role on this framework will include:
- MEP investment and upgrade projects – ensuring historic buildings are future-proofed while respecting their heritage.
- Reactive and maintenance works – providing expert solutions to keep these sites running efficiently.
- Specialist services – including renewables design, fire protection, water systems, and security solutions.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do, and we’re proud to contribute our expertise to the conservation of Scotland’s most treasured places. Work is expected to begin from March, and we look forward to collaborating with HES and fellow framework partners.
