Luths Services provided a design for the Lendrick Muir District Heating Scheme, connecting 6 houses and a laundry facility.

Lendrick Muir, originally known as Naemoor House, was constructed in the 1870s. This makes the building approximately 150 years old.

Over the years, it has served various purposes, including functioning as a residential school. Since 1998, it has been operated by Scripture Union Scotland as a residential outdoor activity centre.
