We’re pleased to share that Luths has been successfully appointed to the new Retrofit and Decarbonisation Framework developed by the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA).

This innovative four-year framework (effective from February 2025) is designed to support local authorities, housing associations, educational institutions, and other public sector organisations in delivering vital energy efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives. It will help advance net-zero goals and enhance the energy performance of existing building stock.

As part of this framework, Luths is now approved to deliver a comprehensive suite of specialist energy consultancy services. These include roles such as Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Coordinator, and Retrofit Designer — all aligned to the PAS 2035 standard to ensure retrofit projects across Scotland meet best-practice compliance.
