Luths Services at the UK & Ireland Passivhaus Conference 2025

We’re delighted to share that Dan will be speaking at this year’s UK & Ireland Passivhaus Conference 2025, taking place next week at ICC Belfast and online.

Dan will be joining the panel discussion on “How to Deliver Retrofit”, where he’ll present our work on the M&E design for Scotland’s National Retrofit Centre (SNRC). This project represents an exciting step forward in accelerating the delivery of high-quality retrofits across the country, and we’re proud to be contributing our expertise in sustainable building services to such an important initiative.

The SNRC, developed by BE-ST (Built Environment – Smarter Transformation), supports large-scale retrofit in Scotland. Luths Services has been closely involved in shaping the technical design for the centre, ensuring that building services are energy-efficient, practical, and aligned with the UK’s wider decarbonisation goals.

We’re looking forward to Dan sharing our insights alongside other experts from the sector, and to the discussions that will take place on how best to scale retrofit delivery to meet net zero targets.
