The 1980s-era former Job centre on Muslin Street has received permission from city planners to be converted into 49 private rental flats.
Luths provided Stage 4 Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Design services to assist the contractors.
The project is to use a communal heat network and central energy centre. Luths also did the CIBSE CP1 checks for the heat network compliance.
