Luths Services was appointed by NHS Highland to design the mechanical services for a new dental support unit in Portree, Skye, within their existing medical building. The project was completed under a fast timescale due to the critical nature of the programme.

The scope of work includes heating, water services, ventilation, and medical gas design calculations, as well as an outline specification, procurement, and tender services. This retrofit involved modifying an existing medical building to accommodate the new dental support unit.
