Paisley Housing Association

Luths Services conducted a comprehensive site visit and options appraisal for Paisley Housing Association, collaborating with John Gilbert Architects. The housing refurbishment project focused on assessing the existing conditions and providing a detailed evaluation of potential solutions.

The options appraisal covered sustainability, energy efficiency, and feasibility, equipping the design team with insights to make informed decisions. The Paisley Housing Association building had a mix of general needs and mobility tenement flats.  Including a 12 two-bedroom, 11 three-bedroom, 1 four-bedroom, 1 five-bedroom, and several mobility-adapted flats.

This older tenement building is part of a broader refurbishment initiative aimed at improving living standards while prioritising energy efficiency, sustainability, and accessibility.
