Luths Services provided detailed design and specification for heating, ventilation, and renewable systems at the Royal British Legion Oldmeldrum Branch. This involved attending virtual design coordination meetings, selecting and dimensioning equipment (e.g., heat pumps and solar PV systems), and planning service routes. Two site visits were included to ensure design integration and support.

The project covered mechanical, electrical, public health, and renewable systems, including heat recovery ventilation, LTHW heating, and solar PV design. During the construction phase, Luths participated in 12 technical meetings and provided commissioning acceptance support at handover.
