Built in the late 19th century, the Elms Nursing Home is a Victorian mansion in Edinburgh’s Grange area, now operating as a specialist dementia care home.

Luths Services conducted a systematic review of the existing heating system and controls, followed by an outline design for upgrades. The proposed improvements, commissioned by CrossReach, provide a framework suitable for contractor tendering or progression to a design-and-build stage. This ensured enhanced energy efficiency and comfort for residents.
